Welcome to Tone Catcher! By registering as a vendor and listing products for sale on Tone Catcher, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination and other appropriate actions.

1. Ownership and Authorization

By uploading and selling digital audio assets on Tone Catcher, you affirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the assets or have explicit authorization to sell them.
  • Your products do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • You have the full rights and authority to distribute and sell the assets you list.

2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling assets that you do not own or have the rights to distribute.
  • Uploading content that violates intellectual property laws or is stolen from another creator.
  • Listing products that contain unauthorized third-party material.

3. Consequences of Violation

If Tone Catcher determines that you have attempted to sell unauthorized or stolen products:

  • Your vendor account will be immediately terminated.
  • You will be banned indefinitely from Tone Catcher.
  • Any revenue generated from the sale of unauthorized products will not be disbursed.
  • Tone Catcher reserves the right to take legal action and report violations to the appropriate authorities.

4. Revenue and Payments

  • Payments for legitimate sales will be processed in accordance with Tone Catcher’s payout schedule.
  • Any funds associated with fraudulent or unauthorized sales will be withheld.
  • If a product is later discovered to be unauthorized, all associated revenue may be forfeited.

5. Liability and Indemnification

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for any legal claims arising from your products.
  • You will indemnify and hold Tone Catcher harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your listings.

6. Modifications to Terms

Tone Catcher reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform as a vendor constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

7. Agreement

By checking the Terms and Conditions box upon registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
