Description

This kit is a true relic of the past that was discussed in detail during Ben’s Tone Catcher podcast episode in 2019. The podcast died, but the tone lives on. These samples are geared towards a rock/hard hitting approach which is not something one might think of when they think of a vintage Slingerland kit.

About the samples (sizes are listed as depth x diameter in inches):

  • Snare:  5.5 x 14 (Ludwig)
  • Kick:  14 x 20  (Slingerland)
  • Rack:  9 x 13  (Slingerland)
  • Floor:  16 x 16  (Slingerland)
